Adam Bricker is a cinematographer living, working, and playing rec league basketball in Los Angeles. Born in Chicago and raised in New Jersey, Adam moved to LA to attend film school at the University of Southern California where he earned a degree in cinematic arts. Subsequently, Adam’s work on the Netflix Original Series Chef’s Table has taken him all over the world, from Melbourne to Moscow. The show won the the James Beard Award in Visual and Technical Excellence in 2016. Adam’s additional documentary credits include the HBO comedy special Ferrell Takes the Field (2015), starring Will Ferrell, and additional photography on the Netflix documentary Keith Richards: Under the Influence (2015). Narrative credits include two SXSW Film selections, Dog Food (2014), starring Amanda Seyfried and Cory Michael Smith, and Starry Eyes (2014), starring Alexandra Essoe and Noah Segan. Adam also shot features Lust For Love (2014), starring Fran Kranz, Dichen Lachman, and Beau Garrett, and Jake Squared (2013), starring Elias Koteas, Virginia Madsen, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Jane Seymour. Adam’s work also includes music videos for artists such as Patrick Stump, Lupe Fiasco, Everclear, Duran Duran, Steve Aoki, The Stone Temple Pilots, and Garfunkel & Oates. Commercial clients include American Express, AT&T, Chevrolet, GE Capital, GQ, Lexus, LG, Nestle, Pizza Hut, Rolling Stone, and Target. His most recent project, a narrative feature entitled Permission, starring Rebecca Hall, Jason Sudekis, Dan Stevens and Gina Gershon, will premiere in the fall of 2016. A Nike sneaker commercial is his white whale.
